Since its establishment in 1961, the company “COSWELL S.p.A.” has been involved in the production and marketing of various types of cosmetics, such as shampoos, conditioners, bath foams, shower gels, deodorants, soaps, perfumes, which it sells in the world market, including the Greek market, under the brand name “BIONSEN”. These goods have been widely acclaimed by the purchasing public in the countries in which they are sold due to their excellent and consistent quality and their origin from the world-renowned company.

EVANGELIA ZARPA filed the national trademark application no. 267875 “BIOSENTE NATURAL COSMETICS & design”, against which the company “COSWELL S.p.A.” filed an opposition based on its trademark “BIONSEN”. The Administrative Trademark Committee rejected the national trademark application through its decision no. 110/2023.
