OE” filed the national trademark application no. 287483 “ANTA Uniforms & design”, against which the company “ANTA (CHINA) CO., LTD” filed an opposition based on its trademark “ANTA”. The Administrative Trademark Committee rejected the national trademark application through its decision no. 288/2025.
